I booked a load of space in Juleps in Haidhausen from 19:00 this Friday
I actually booked tables, and not space as in outer space. As that would be a vacuum! And there would be no cocktails or anything!
The booking is in the name George Clooney. The waitress got a bit excited, so I foolishly said "not the actor George Clooney", and she sounded disappointed. (All true this time). Happy hour til 20:00.

Allershausen: Can't promise, but I might drop by some time between 6:30 and 7 for a quick one before shuffling off to the senior citizens' musical soirée. I think I owe you a beer for the red wine that you kindly allowed me to pour over your shirt last time. Although if you're wearing a shirt that isn't red, I might just be tempted to have another go with the wine, for better effect.

LS Larry: Yes, I read about the excellent service at the Augustiner last week. OK, so red wine and beer have already been done. I propose a cocktail-spilling contest for this week. The nice thing about cocktails is, no matter what colour someone is wearing, you can always find a drink in a complementary colour to make an impact.

Tonight I'll be sporting a chic little number in caiparinia, embellished with B52 and Tequila Sequins.
My Kamikazi high heels were supplied by Smirnoff and the matching handbag would not pass through airport security.

Rolandseck, in Viktoriastraße 23, which is very close to the U-Bahn Bonner platz, is noted for its good choice of wines.

I booked in the name Stephen Fry. But sadly, actor, writer and TV funny man Fry, best known for roles in Black Adder and Jeeves and Wooster, can't make it, as he is busy recording the next book on tape "Harry Potter and Weissbier of Doom"
