Is the course offered good? How big is the class?
Panama
The quality of the courses is very variable and depends a lot from the teacher. Classes are usually about 20 students as far as I know.
UrbanAngel
Which course, Zen10? There are hundreds. Size of class depends on course. Click on the links already provided to see what's on offer. It says in the course description how many places there are.

For the German classes there are about 20 people in the class, and they are very focused on grammar and learning the language in a techincal way. You're not going to sit down and learn/memorise sentences that you can use day to day. You're not even going to be sitting down and learning words. Any words you learn are all through learning the grammar. I didn't like this in the beginning, but I think for German it is important.

Everything is in German too because the class will most likely not have a common language. The two teachers I have had there have both been excellent.

Its cheap, and if you're willing to keep it up for about 2 years, I'm sure you'll be pretty fluent and have a very good theoretical grip on the language.
