Are you looking for a hotel, a room in a shared apartment or whole studio apartment?

For how long? In the centre of town or in the outskirts?

Its difficult to say, some 2 room apartments are OK, but then sometimes a 3 room apartment is better.

In Germany all apartments are measured on number of rooms, so e.g. 2 room apartment is 1 bedroom and 1 living room. Usually but not always the kitchen and bathroom are not counted but are always there !

It gives a quick price on the right for each.
Hotels only, no Bed and Breakfasts listed. (but many places inlcude a breakfast already.)
There is probably a list of B&B's somewhere...

In case you want to search for a B&B, the German translation is "Pension".
My family have stayed at Pension Hungaria near Stiglmaierplatz (fairly central), can't remember how much they paid.. but was pretty cheap compared to the hotels.
