This is a hoary old chestnut that has bouncing around since Avanio began with these charges in August last year. In their "opinion" and on their
website, the act of simply dialling into their service commits you to a membership with recurring monthly charge. There's lots of discusson about the legallity of this and whether it will continue to be permitted. What you must do now is cancel this "subscription" in writing and advise that you beleive you have been tricked into it and were never made aware of their conditions. Pay your Telekom bill EXCLUDING this charge and wait for their reminders. Respond to their reminders with your opinion as to your liability to pay. If they then engage a debt collector ask to see the contract that Aviano have with you, the basis of which the debt collector is chasing the charge (as there is no contract
that you have signed this will probably be enough to send them on their way).
If all this hassle is worth the €4.50/month you have been charged so far, then apart from the formal cancellation to prevent further charges, you might just want to bite the bullet

This ISP in dresden has a questionable business model which would see them shutdown if they were in the UK.
Just like all those UK companies that encourage you to send an SMS to their special number to get a ringtone or graphic, but you find as a result that you get regular daily/weekly/monthly ringtones or graphics until you test "Stop" or some such back to them?
