Ok then girlies is anyone interested in taking part in this? It looks like more than a run actually a nice little girlie day out.

We can choose between a 5km or an 8km run/walk (do not all have to be great runners). I'd personally be up for the 8km run.

Entrance fee is 15€ including T-shirt and a beauty pack at the end. It also includes free entry into the Galerie beach club, Woman's Village, Beauty Lounge, Wellness area with whirlpools etc plus After Run Party with Fashion Show.

If we register a team of five then we only pay for four. If we got a group of 10 or more we could get our T-Shirts customised.

I am definitely up for it and would be happy to organise a team so let me know if you are interested.

You can find more information here: Women's Run

We will have to see if we are around, but if we are around, I am THERE!

Would love to do the "girlie" thing ...

Especially since Rob has a bummed knew and he is holding me back on the jogging thingy sad.gif

Keep you posted...

More than welcome to join the run. I have not registered anybody yet but will check on the weekend if we are too late or not. I know we can just register on the day as well if needbe. I'll post details next week if I get a chance to sort them out.

I think 8km is five miles? Just a guess though.
Smiffy
ok thanks

5 miles is great best start training, is anyone else training ? it's always better to run with someone else keeps you moving..hehehehe

is it sponsorship based because i dont really know that many people.

But i'am looking forward to it

thanks again

Not sponsorhip based no just need to pay the entry fee of 15€ I think biggrin.gif

Ha well I should be training but not been running as much as usual in this heat but we could get out for a run soon
Smiffy
15 Euros is fine and the t-shirt at least i dont have to search my wardrobe on what t-shirt to wear hehehe

It has been a bit hot to run

When we are registered we should meet up and train, i kinda get the feeling i might huff and puff a bit if i dont and end up walking the rest of the way sad.gif

I didnt really train much when i ran the "race for life" in the UK and struggled to run it but did it and paid for it the next day sad.gif

How many girls have you got?
Gen
I might do all this stuff except for the running part, that's too anstrengend. In FFM now, back in Munich next week, then in FFM for all of August, so I can ride my bike along with anyone who wants to do "training". I don't run though.
Purple Muffin
Can those still interested PM with an email address me as I'll start collecting for the registrations then biggrin.gif
Purple Muffin
Deadline for registrations is Thursday girls so let me know biggrin.gif

If I do not get enough to warrant a group booking we can just book ourselves induvidually
Gen
Oh now I've got at least one visitor that day, and I don't think he'll be running himself... he might be interested in watching though. I'll ask. wink.gif
