If you have an analogue telephone line and your line is enabled for the CLIR2 service (most lines since 1998) then you can dial "*31#" before making a call to suppress outgoing caller ID. This works on a call-by-call basis, so you need to do it each time you make a call, or simply call Telekom and have outgoing CLIR disabled on a permanent basis (The CLIR3 service).
