these guys are sensational. have a huge backlog of material and have been cited as key influences of a large number of alternative bands - the dandy warhols probably being the most famous. the main guy from black rebel motorcycle club use to be a guitarist for BJM too. BJM was also the subject of the documentary DIG! suffice to say, these guys are legends in the realm of alternative rock.

For those not familiar with BJM, they also have a tendancy to explode on stage (i.e. fight each other or the crowd, depending on Anton's (the genious leader of the band) mood)...would make for entertaining viewing.
