Hi all I am living in Duisburg I aint got much money and I need British tv!

I basically want BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4, and Channel 5. The Sky channels would be a nice bonus addition. biggrin.gif

I want to know the cheapest option of doing this! What digi box? what reciever?, what dish? and most important how much it will it all cost? unsure.gif

I aint got much time the world cup is on in less than a month unsure.gif

About 300€ for the kit, but you will need someone to fit it for you

A Sky Mini dish will suffice!

I am sure if you look in google for satellites in bavaria or something you may find a pointer!
Dust Anyone?
You will need a minimum of 80cm dish to receive a decent enough signal for BBC channels. Then just get yourself either a standard Satellite Receiver, or a Sky Digibox off ebay, line it up...away you go...

Without a Free to View card (Blue Sky card with yellow house on it) you wont receive Ch 4 or 5. For sky channels you will need to subscribe to Sky via Bavaria satellite or via UK.

A 60cm dish is more thatn adequate.. I suspect that the right guy could also make it work on a 43cm Mini dish..

I have actually had perfect reception of all BBC and ITV channels on a 68cm dish here in Munich... smile.gif

But always recomend a 90cm...
