WBA boxing - Ricky Hatton v. Luiz Collazo

So the Hitman Ricky Hatton is back into the ring this weekend having given up his IBF and WBA World titles at Light Welterweight to move up to Welterweight World Champion hopefully.

The fight is gonna be in Boston USA and whilst i can't see Collazo stopping our Ricky it might be the case that Hatton will need to get a knockout to get a draw in the american's own backyard.

On the same bill is the IBF light heavyweight title between Brit Clinton Woods and aussie challenger Jason Delisle so should be a good night / early morning for fight fans.

It's all being televised from 11pm on Saturday live on Sky Sports.

Now the question is, are The Arc or GM's or anywhere else gonna be showing it bearing in mind the Hatton fight probably won't be on till about 3 am on Sunday morning ?

ohhh dear i anit had one of these nights for years, I think Bruno Tyson was the last time i had a lockin at a boozer to watch the boxing.

Will be up for this Dave if we find a venue.

Ricky did the business albeit a lot harder than he expected

lucky to get the decision in america against the champion. I suppose HBO have pumped so much money into him now they could not let the decision go the other way. Very very disappointing performance. I reckon he should immediately get back down to light welter, as he did not have the power to hurt Collazo at the higher weight...
