It's pretty huge and likely to be crowded, so I would suggest narrowing down the location or bringing a large, conspicuous object so people can find you.

I'm up for a mass or two tomorrow at 12.

I have a 3'x5' American flag I could bring, though that might not make us so popular. Alternatively I could bring an American football to set on the table.

I've never been to the place, so I'm not sure what might be the best location. Any suggestions?

Setting an American football on the table sounds like a good idea to me. The people I met up with the other day forgot to put the penguin they usually take to their events on the table. Maybe they felt funny walking around with a bigged stuff penguin. Anyway, to make a long story short-I think it's a good idea to put the football on the table. I have a bright green frisbee I will also take along. Noone can miss us that way. And if we feel like it, we can even throw it around later. See you all tomorrow. I've never been to this Augustiner on Arnulfstr., either. So I'll get a table a few minutes before twelve and set my bright green frisbee down. Please feel free to call if you don't see me. I'm blond and will be dressed rather sporty - I'm coming by bike. I'll also be looking for the person with a football.

Only stayed briefly, but enjoyed meeting folks. An hour in the sun plus one and a half maß equalled lengthy afternoon nap.

Well, there won't be a specifically American table there tonight, but the "Friday Night Beergarden" event has decided to go there, since the weather is no good for a beer garden -- they should be there from about 6:30 and I think I might stop by...

Hi everyone. Since last meetup a couple of weeks ago, I haven't been very good at keeping the line going. I'm also from the Bay State and the fun people who came to the last AiM Stammtisch event are a good enough reason to try to organize something again real soon. If anyone is up for a drink tomorrow night we could go out. I was thinking mojitos or something at a latino bar. I'll check responses tomorrow morning and then in the evening around 6:30 when I return from work to see if this spur of the moment thing goes over well. If not, next weekend would be great. Might be better for organizational reasons...not that you all would turn down a spur of the moment mojito. If anyone just wants to take a break while in town shopping, and see where a wacky American chick can land a job here, just send a message, I work on Maximilianstr. and will give free total make-overs to any TT readers from the good ol' US of A! Not that you have to buy anything, of course! See you all soon.

I am up for a free makeover, awesome. Tomorrow evening I am joining the Hash House Harrier run (walk) in the evening in Starnberg. But generally, I am up for it!

Well. Sad to say I didn't get a visit for a make-over, but the offer holds until I end up leaving the place (within the next month probably). I did end up salsa dancing on the bar at Cohibar city (after a couple Mojitos) which would also make for a fun night out after a happy hour somewhere. We'll have to plan something next weekend. Who is up for going out next Sat night or Sun (since there is a holiday on Monday)? I have also heard about a very fun Greek restaurant. I am open. If anyone feels like getting together, drop a line.

I'm still planning on coming sometime for the makeover. I just got detoured on Saturday or I would have come. Early (say 18:00ish), after-work drinks in Haidhausen are best for me if we plan another.

Argh. With so many Massholes out there I really wish I could meet up! I will join any time after the 2nd June.
