I was in TeddyBar last week (not for a drink but to discuss a local issue) and the lad I was with had never been there before. Told him it was an expereince you have to go through a couple of times a year, Faschng and so!

I was in the Teddy Bar once with some TTers. It's a hoot there.

Tara, do NOT go to Sunshine Pub. The place is full of pimps, hookers, rent boys, thugs, drunks, dodgy geezers, fences and people with eyes more spaced out that late night TV on Bayern 3. And they are the respectable ones.

Surely Marienplatz is closer than Sendlinger Tor?

I had a look. Marienplatz is indeed a touch nearer. Isartor is about the same far as Frauenhofer. Depends where you are coming from, I suppose.

Our tram line is not crappy!
It's the best line in Munich - tram 17, you can't go wrong.

I'll use Mplatz then - easier for me anyhow. See yous lot tomorrow for a chomp chomp stomp stomping evening.

17 is the only tram you need innit: Neuhausen-Hbf-GBV-English Garden *cough*

I'm dead chuffed that I almost live on the bus line to the Chinesischer Turm (just a few stops away from the other bus line). Plus I live in Bogenhausen (ok, it's on the edge, but is still officially the boggy houses). So I'm dead Schicki Micki obviously.

Boggy Houses, why not get the 18 tram instead?

The 18 doesn't go to anywhere near me. If that's the Effnerplatz one, it would involve 2 diff busses first. The network out here isn't that circular, more spokes-like.

Where's there an S-Bahn in Boggers?

since I am *still* working hard (poor me) and will be for the next couple of hours at least, then it's a fair bet that'll I'll have to miss the meal tomorrow night... so if there is someone on the waiting list for a meal, then let them have my place
