Legal ticket swap website from FIFA

I have 4 Brazil tickets in Dortmund on June 27 possibly against Italy that I want to swap for any Eng-ger-land match. FIFA or the German FA are setting up a swap site to legally swap tickets. Can anyone help me with a URL please.

But, if I am not mistake, it is not actualy a place where you can SWAP tickets, but just transfer them or return them.

Why should we answer your question, if you clearly can't be bothered to click on the link offered, where your question is immediately answered?

Of course I clicked onto the link and read through the terms and conditions.

The word "transfer" is not the same as "swap"; or do you have other information; I thought the idea is to share these things, rather than making such comments.

This is the exactly the reason why I asked the question, to avoid anyone getting the (wrong) idea that it may be possible to swap tickets on this portal.

If you have also checked the link then maybe you have found something that the others haven't, and therefore have information to share?

I think this would be more positive rather than making such assumptions and pointless remarks.

This is all down the the English language press poorly translating 'tauch' from German. No swapping, only transfering and reselling (I've resold two of the games I had already).

Some folk are a bit tetchy today. Whatever the situation regarding swapsies, I would suggest that you have only two chances of getting England tickets and I have just seen Slim boarding an outward bound train.

There is an unofficial swappie site HERE , but the chap seems to be offering a service for the ticket!
