Cocktail night proposal

I´m still having trouble finding a location, I´ve tried a few places without any success - any ideas or suggestions? If nothing turns up soon, I´ll have to postpone.

I talked to Jason in The Arc on friday, he suggested the possibility of paying 25 Euros a head for a cocktail night at The Arc, with free coktails till 3 a.m. I don´t know if we could organize it in time for the 3rd June, any other suggestions for a date?

June 30th? That's my birthday.

25 a head, does that mean there is only us the whole evening in that pub.? For 25 a head there are other locations too, so far I seeked only for places that are free. When we are paying that opens up a totally different perspective. I am sure there is bars much prettier then that dark celler pub.

Is there much to organize if it's done at the Arc? Free cocktails... sounds alright to me.

If there only would be one nice day here in bloody Germany, we could have done it in my back yard.

So, any suggestions for dates (after the WC?)/places, now that the weather has improved maybe we could have an outdoor do.

Lets get the party going sometime soon before everyone goes off on summer holidays, although with the current weather who needs to go abroad?

@Owain Glyndwr: actually, if you look back through the thread I did set a date, but had to postpone due to lack of venue, and seeing as you specifically stated that you weren´t interested in a cocktail night, why then are you bothering to post?

Here is a list of areas where it's allowed BBQ. Perhaps one of them would work for an outdoor cocktail thing.
