I have an NTL email address and I originally set up the outlook on my pc to have the emails sent their, however, I just got a laptop and have set the outlook on there to receive the emails from my NTL address. Now they seem to go only to my outlook on my laptop and not to my main pc. Is there a way I can get them to go to both. Hope that makes sense.

Cheers.

'fraid not an expert on Outlook, but I know that with Thunderbird, there are various options to leave mails on the server. Maybe there are similar options in Outlook (?)

Why would you want to clutter up 2 pcs though?

Andrea,
emails are not sent to your computers, but are fetched from them. If you connect to your email account using your laptop Outlook will download the emails and then delete them from the server. You will no longer be able to access them from other computers. You can change this default setting to have Outlook leave the emails on the server. ...

Set up up your POP3 account to retrieve messages, but not delete them from the server.
How?

On the Tools menu, click E-mail accounts.
Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
Under Name, select the POP3 account you want to change, and then click Change.
Click More Settings.
Click the Advanced tab, and then under Delivery, select the Leave a copy of messages on the server check box.
You can also select whether to automatically remove messages from your e-mail server after a specified number of days, when you delete the item on your computer, or when the Deleted Items folder is emptied. These settings may help prevent you from exceeding the mailbox size limit amount your ISP has set.
jg.
In Outlook Express, select "Accounts" from the "Tools" menu. In the ensuing window, select the NTL mail account and click the "Properties" button. In the "Account Properties" window, select the "Advanced" tab - towards the bottom, there is a check box "Leave a copy of messages on the server" - check this and close the various open windows. That should fix it!

EDIT: SillyPoint obviously types faster than me. DOH!
