People marching through Niederrad currently

Can anyone shed any light as to why there is about a thousand mad people marching through niederrad this morning dressed red and waving various flags and banners and banging drums. I can't exactly work out whether they're protesting or celebrating !!!? any clues?

Being french, they are celebrating the fact that they are protesting.

National tradition and all that. And their fixation with burning too...cars in Paris, lambs and cows on the lorries...

I think they may be protesting at the fact that they have nothing to celebrate!!!

You responded 'The French'.

So I asked if they were protesting or celebrating the French.

I know, not very funny.

Although if they were wearing white it will probably be the doctors, if they had banners "cleanliness has its price" it will probably be the cleaners and government workers are supposed to be out on strike as well.
