Am American staying Guetersloh, my girlfriend lives here. I'm here until Sept 4, and then back for three weeks in November, three weeks in January. I will probably be moving here to live in June of 2008. So I'm looking to develop a social network. Any suggestions of where English-German speakers hang out or do things?

Gütersloh has an army camp so I would guess that any Irish bars in town (if there are any? I seem to remember there is one?) should be where a lot of Brits hang out. I went a few years back but can't remember much of the town i'm afraid!

From past experience I know that there are quite a number of Brits living around Gütersloh. The 100 Million $ question is - "Do they know Toytown Germany?" ;-)
