'Britboard' in France?
A google search for "british expats in france" brings up several results, but there's not a "britboard" as far as I know.
There's no reason you can't set one up yourself. You can get quite reasonably priced domain registration and server hosting packages these days, although I don't know any specifics about registration of a .fr domain.
By the way, there's a Britboard Belgium if that's close enough to France for you. And there used to be a Britboard Spain but it stopped working a couple of months ago - it seems the account has been suspended.
