Baden Baden Airport

Has anyone got any experience of flying from baden-baden airport.

I need to fly out from there so am trying to find the easiest method of getting there using public transport.

Get someone to drive you

I have flown from there many times...

Or: Train to Karlsruhe, and them TRAM to Baden Baden, then get a bus to Söllingen ( Airport )

Agreed - best driving there.

Also the airport is about the size of a cowshed. There were so many people there when I arrived they couldn't cope with the queues.

It was bedlam.

But maybe they've worked out now that some flights are bigger than 10 people.

They have built a new Terminal. They have got rid of the cowshed.
The new one is huge compared to what it used to be !!!

But - Still, driving is still the best.
You could always drive to Bad-Bad and park your Car somewhere in a side street and then bus it to the airport.

If I remember parking only costs 25 Euro for a week. It might be cheaper than public transport. The bus service from Baden Baden only runs Mon-Friday. You can get a train to Baden Baden and then get a cab that will set you back about 25 Euros according to the website.
Can't you get a ride from a mate or something??? Might be cheaper to pay the petrol money than faff about??

Could maybe try and wangle a lift, problem is I need to be there on saturday morning at 9 am!

I see from their website that there is a shuttle bus service from Karlsruhe, thats an easy train ride from here.

A mate who lives in france uses Baden-Baden occasionally. It is quite easy to rip off the machine for the car park if you have two cars, so that an option!

They used to do a shuttle service from Stuttgart, I got it once for (I think) €15.
Also had an early morning flight and it got me there fine. Do they not run it any more?

I can't find anything mentioned on their website...
