26th... for me is the best day of the year. One time in the year when all my good friends are home at the same time and we spend the day between the bookies and the pub catching up on the last 12 months!
This would never happen here, girlfriend can't believe I go to the pub on the 26th.. she wants to sit with the family and have tea and cake... she also does this on the 24th and 25th... mah.. 25th is enough for me. See my family a few times through the year anyway, only day all my friends are around!

Depends where your loved ones are. I will be in Germany this year - I will miss my own family but we will hopefully be in the UK next year. However, I have found an English speaking Catholic church in Düsseldorf which I am hoping will do a midnight mass on Christmas Eve - that is one my favourite parts of Christmas.
