BTW: Count me in, provisionally -- I do intend to be there, but 6 months in advance is a bit difficult to guarantee (if I'm my current contract carries on as it is, I might very well be in China then... Or not.)

Yep I have just added 16 to the list! They are Britboarders who I have met and might want to come along depending on the date I suppose. I guess they are just some people who cannot commit that far in advance!!!

OK Purple_Muffin and I have just sorted our head count and the date..

So first the Date, the majority of people chose the:

1-2nd April 2006

so far only one person could not make that date, sorry.

the head count so far is:
38 heads

We would like further info from everyone as to how many people they are bringing ie. husband/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend/kids. This is needed to book the tram. We are also looking at booking somewhere for an evening meal etc, so any preferences on that too.

Please PM either Purple Muffin or me with this info asap.

Hi Purple Muffin, I was wondering if you'd starting looking at hotels for us..

I was thinking of the Hotel Luxor as it is nice and central and the rooms were not bad at 59€ a night!

I have not stayed there myself but it has been recommend as a decent priced place!

It doesn't look bad, €75 for a double room for that night including breakfast.

I've had an idea, if we know roughly how many rooms are going to be needed, we might get a group reduction.

That is not too bad really no!!!

I will see what they say about a group reduction not a bad idea!
