Christmas Bazaar - Bonn/Cologne

The annual St Boniface and All Saints Christmas bazaaar takes place this Saturday (5th November) between 12 and 4 in Bonn-Bad Godesberg in the Matthias-Claudius Gemeindehaus, Johnanneskirche, Zanderstrasse 51, Bad Godesberg. To anyone who knows the area, this is not far from the Bad Godesberg Stadthalle and the Rigalische Wiese.

You can buy British foods, Christmas cards, homemade jams and chutneys, handicrafts and secondhand English books. Sample our homemade waffles or British and American foods at our restaurant or just simply come and meet some other members of the large English speaking community that live and work in the area.

Everyone is very welcome!

maybe next time .. Do you often have bazaars there?

Not often unfortunately - just Christmas and in the summer. But we do organise other events that non-regular Church goers may be interested in. A secondhand book sale, a quiz night, concerts, carol services, carol siniging and a walkathon... For people new to the area (and to some of you not so new) they could be a good way to meet people and help settle down. I'll try to post them when I know the dates.

In both Bonn and Cologne there will be a Remembrance Sunday service, this Sunday.
