Forum Slow

Is anyone else having problems, or is it a problem I'm having with my connection? I'm now going to come back later. One post did not appear and the waiting times are very long until the pages appear, throughout the forum.

I've got a 5MB DSL connection.

I've noticed it too, the server must have something wrong with it. Maybe it's related to the problem over the last few days?

How am I supposed to be unproductive at work under these conditions?

Shouldn't it affect Toytown as well though I'm over there now and its fine.

They are completely different servers. It's a good job too, otherwise I would not have had the opportunity to tell someone that the britboard was down this morning. For all the good it did me...

Thanks for the warning Yeah I know they can get pretty purile. And I am in the "political" thread.
Its fine I will just post facts were appropriate and let them fight amongst themselves.

With you guys its different even though I don't know you guys from jack and may vehmently disagree sometimes I do think most people here are pretty decent.
Thats why I'd be more shocked if that stuff happens here.

No idea what happened with the server being slow. I thought it was my internet connection at work. Seems to be OK now though.

Re. Toytown: Toytown has been on it's own dedicated server for some time now. Britboard wasn't even on the same server before I moved it to the new server a couple of months ago.

The internet was generally slow yesterday. Has nothing to do with the britboard. We were expiriencing problems late afternoon onwards. Probably another attack on Bill Gates

Throughout Landkreis Celle yesterday nobody could access the internet with DSL for most of the day. Who pulled the plug out?

Well, my other usuals weren't slow from here, only the BB.

I noticed mine were all slow in the afternoon particularly. Glad its back to normal today!
