First of all you walk past various stands where various travel companies have brochures about holidays in GB etc and ferry connections then there are stalls selling British products, there are vintage cars to look at, a falcon display with birds of prey flying around and over the heads of people (and usually narrowly missing them

)
There's wanging the welly where you can throw wellingtons around for a good cause, one year there was a demonstration of sheep dogs and sheep, and there is always a fly fishing demonstration, Highland Games, that's one of the best things to watch and of course fish and chips, be prepared to queue for a good half an hour here at lunch time, but it's worth it.
Last year there were also craft works on display and a restaurant serving high tea.
What more could one want. It's a great day out and full of peope. So far we've been lucky with the weather and had sunshine.
For people who want to listen to a Last Night of the Proms Concert, that takes place on the Saturday evening in the grounds of Burg Linn.
Have I convinced you now?
