Hi
Telekom gave me a form for direct debit details but I have no address to send it to. I have several different addresses for them (Darmstadt, Frankfurt and Munich) and I am not sure which one is right. I have had no joy with the phoning them. Does anyone know offhand which address I should send this to? Thanks in advance.

Go to your local T-Punkt shop, they should be able to sort it out for you...
(assuming you have a local T-Punkt shop :$ )
Yes, that's the solution. Go to your local T-Punkt and hover around for an hour trying to be served. Then walk out in a huff.

Or better still - rather than go and visit your local T-Punkt shop, ring them instead. A phone always gets answered - no matter what the staff are doing. So that way you go to the top of the queue and get instant service from the same people you would be talking to if you went there in person and waited for an hour to be served.
