Price of parking spaces in Stuttgart

I'm a Laternenparker and park my car on the side of the road outside my flat. While out cleaning the car windows just now, I was approached by an old biddy offering me a parking space for rent in the underground car park beneath the block of flats where she lives. When I asked how much, she told me €60, which I immediately thought was a bit steep, but considering how parking spaces in Stuttgart are worth their surface area in gold, it's probably in line with the going rate, so I was just wondering what other people had experienced, either in Stuttgart or anywhere else for that matter...

I live in the middle of Bremen and pay € 58 for my parking space. As you say yourself, Stuttgart is an expensive place to live, but I'm paying almost the same amount in a city that's not only at the other end of the country but at the other end of the scale . . . and your's has a roof over it !!

Mine is 35 a month here in Frankfurt no roof just a 'Stellplatz'
