German to English translation help required

Hi i have recently sent a letter to arcor within the two wk cool of period requesting a cancellation of contract. Today I received a reply:

Im pretty sure this means that my contract is cancelled but would like to make sure. Anyone here good at german? The online translation programs can be misleading.

That's what it means. Your contract has been cancelled from your side.

And that the fact that you have cancelled makes them so sad (or rather they miss your cash), that they would like you to reconsider.

it was a stupid mistake, i had some pushy door to door salespeople come round n talk me into it, saying that i could get the 99Eur dsl registration fee back. well i signed contract on the wednesday 21st april and they said they'd ring that wknd, hence delaying my cancellation, i then sent a letter with copy of contract registered mail to them on the monday, got the ruckschein back on saturday and thank god! got the confirmation of cancellation today! yipee!!!

thanks i needed confirmation and to prove that i wasnt seeing things, or rather reading things! ok i know thats a bad joke, never mind.
