People in or around Nienburg / Hannover / Bremen

Hi,

Is anyone living/working around Hannover, Bremen or maybe Osnabrueck and fancy a meet sometime?

I work in Hannover-Lahe and I live 'out in the sticks' near Nienburg/Weser.
I live in the middle of a 'triangle' between Hannover, Bremen and Osnabrueck, it is about an hour to drive to each city.

Hannover is probably the best bet for a meet, because I work there. Evening meets would be the easiest to organize.

If anyone is around Bremen or Osnabrueck then maybe a weekend meeting would work out?

Just let me know if you are interested and we can 'get the ball rolling!'

I've got a sneaky suspicion that if I mention Rampant Rabbits, Nienburg will suddenly become the centre of the universe!

I live near Celle which is about 30 mins drive away from Lahe. I know Lahe well as I used to live in Hannover and drove through there everyday to get to work.

What ideas do you have for a meet up?

Up until the end of March (and possibly after that depending on my new project), I would be up for a meeting in Hannover during the week.

The 'mini-meet' last night in Jack the Rippers seemed to be a big success.
I certainly enjoyed it!

The only 'spoilers' were the VERY icy roads after midnight, I had a big slide at one point, I was glad to be back home in one piece

We are off to Hagen in a couple of weeks to see everybody over there. I hope we can keep the occaisional northern meets going as well.

For those looking to meet-up with families and kids in the spring, I got some information today from my daughter...

The Dino Park at Münchehagen (near Loccum in the Hannover area), has had a re-vamp. There are a load of new life-size dinosaur and stone-age figures. My daughter has been there a few times and she still finds it interesting and fun.
