English-speaking therapists in Berlin

Please, please, no flames...

I'm looking for a psychologist or psychiatrist or therapist (whatever) in Berlin who speaks english and can help me with an eating disorder. It's recently become clear that I can't keep living like this. My insurance won't cover this, so I'm hoping to find someone who can help who isn't too ridiculously expensive. There is a book you can buy, and it's probably available in Berlin, which has lists of English speaking doctors. The book is entitled "Berlin in Your Pocket" It's published by the American Women's Club in Berlin so I also imagine you could telephone them and ask for some help on this issue.

Also, check out this website at IES Berlin The site is for students but they have some information on English-speaking psychologists.
