Mother and toddler playgroups in Bochum

Hi.
I'm new to Bochum (in the Ruhr district) and would love to find a Mother and Toddler group/ Playgroup- equivalent for my 1.5 yo and 3 yo.
How would I find out about such groups? What are they called in German? If they don't have such groups how do I find a list of Kindergartens?

sometimes in Kindergarten on the poster board or in the local papers they have adverts for "Mutter-Kind kreis" or "Krabbelgruppen (gruppe)" , these are usually for the toddlers.. good hunting.

Also try your local Stadtbuecherei (library) ask for the schwarzes Brett (notice board) - there's tons of ads for these groups in my library.
