personal messages not arriving

I keep getting e-mails that I have received a PM but they are not showing up -- this has been happening since yesterday lunchtime.

If anyone sent me a PM yesterday and I didn't answer , it's because it never turned up ...

i guess if the sender deletes them before you read it, it will be gone (not sure though)

Hannah is right. If you select "Track this message?" when you send a PM, you can then go into the "Message Tracker" and delete it before the recipient has read it.

In this case, the recipient will receive the notification email, but the PM will not be listed in their inbox.
