Oh happy day! Not only did I lose 3lbs on my diet this week but I found a wee shop in Bergen north of Celle that sells British food and other UK products! So I got bacon, Ready Brek, Cadburys, Pataks curry sauces, PG Tips, Walkers crisps, etc.. They even had bread in the freezer as well as loads of sinful pies with puff pastry.

Going north up the high street follow the signs for the swimming pool. Turn left off the high street a good bit up, then straight on at the lights and the shop is on your right on a corner..its called the Corner shop! Its only open wednesday to Saturday and only accepts cash.
Having spent about 20 minutes last friday looking for the right left turn (!?), for the benefit of other seekers of British goodies, the address of the shop in Bergen is Lange Str. 10. Having said that, it's worth the trip - even haggis and scotch pies are in stock, yummee!!! Thanks Sandra!
Cheers

PS For those of us who don't come with an in-built navigation system like slackmack, I can thoroughly recommend the Aldi Pocket PC Navigator, especially at the current, lower price.
