UK to German Driving License

How to get one?

Morning all... can someone give me a brief run down on what I need to do get a German driving license? I have a UK one and have been told I dont need to re-take a test - is this right?

You'll be surprised at how easy it is to change the license. I was.

Do you really need to change it though? I only changed mine because I didn't want to use my parents' address on a UK one.
