English-speaking estate agents in Munich

Hi,

does anyone know a decent English-speaking estate agent in Munich? I've got a three-room flat in Bogenhausen I want to sell and although I can speak basic German I think it would be much easier to have an English speaking agent.

Any recommendations would be great!

If there is a healthy commision going begging, most Maklers will dig out their best English. We've only dealt with a few but they all have spoken reasonable English. Don't expect them to call you though, you'll have to do all of the chasing.

I can't recommend anyone because my contacts are all out of town.

I would maybe go with "Engl & Volkers". They seem the closest thing to a UK-style estate agent and I would say that because of their size they have plenty of English-speakers.

I would highly recommend Connie Kornonakis, Koronakis Immobilien (01727803286 handy, 089/94468418 office) or Martin Weiss (sorry, I no longer have his number, but he is located in Munich). Both have a very good command of English, and have been in Munich for many years. Professional people. Annie

Interesting, just a week too late for me... I found Aigner to have a good website with well taken pictures and easily readable layouts of all flats on offer but not a huge choice and mainly at the high end. Immodium Scout is full of crap, lots on offer but the descriptions are poor, often uninformative and the agents sometimes unbelieveably unprofessional. Still the world and his dog are selling on this site and there are tonnes of ads. In the end I found my flat through Planet Home which is an OK site, neither totally perfect nor a waste of time. They do have a lot on offer, and the descriptions are OK. This thread will probably get modded onto another as it's not a new topic but I can add more details when I get a bit more time.
