There's a stand at
Mplatz Viktualienmarkt which has a great tsatsiki powder mix. Can't remember the name of the stall, but it sells nuts and things too and is somewhere behind the exotic fruits stand. All you do is add yoghurt and creme fraiche to it and mix it up, then leave it for 20 mins. It's really really tasty, and only EUR 5 for a whole jar of the mix.

Im not into measuring stuff, but here is what do
I take a tub of full flavor (fat) yogurt and place it inside a cheese cloth lined strainer for an hour or 3. while draining i take a cucumber, deseed it and grate it. Place the grated cucumber on a towel and let sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Then I take 2,3,4 cloves of garlic, chop them roughly and put them in a mortar and pestle (every kitchen needs one) add some kosher salt and grind into a paste. Then I finely chop up some mint. Finally I combine all of the ingredients, mix, salt and pepper to taste. Great on lambs burger gyros.
I have the recipe for the burgers if needed.
