We should support that. I guess most of us will be doing that tomorrow in
Andechs to pay the respect to the "basic food".
They are mainly celebrating the day when the "Bavarian Purity law" was iniatlized in 1516 by Herzog Wilhelm IV. It is the first and therefore oldest food law ever (at least AFAIK) Up til now it is still the law that only 4 basic ingredients are allowed to be used and that would be: Water, yeast, hops and malt.
(Thats why it is seen as basic food as these are the same ingredients bread has)
