Rosenmehl is a brand name for normal plain wheat flour. They have different types and strengths,
like 405, 550 etc.

Said it before, and I will no doubt say it again, but griessler flour is wicked stuff if you are gonna be rolling something out thin. Its basically really fine, like double sieved, and needs less work to get it all elasticy and stuff.
(ready-made shop-purchased filo is a lazy option that'll work out OK.)

There's some stuff called Mondamin? Anyone know what that is? Cornflour maybe?

If I remember correctly, Mondamin is actually corn starch, not flour.

Yeah, Mondamin Speisestärke is corn starch. Maismehl is corn flour.

Oktoberfest on the brain, have we? Before anyone tries to ask for this stuff, it's Weizenmehl not Wiesenmehl.
