They do, but their software is either crap or just set to not check too strongly (I assume they do it with software, rather than manually). I guess they'd rather let the odd thing like this slip through than have too many false-positives and piss people off by not allowing innocent stuff to be put up.

Having said that, I've had auctions cancelled for being against the acceptable usage policy while the exact same item is up for sale from other members. Their answers to my queries also seemed to be automatically generated...
