Companies currently hiring programming contractors

My contract here in France is finishing end of May (and to make matters worse they’ve asked to accept a permanent position). I’m keen to return to Munich. However agencies have been talking about contracts in Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Nürnberg, but little in Munich.

So is the contracting scene dead in Munich, or what companies are taking on embedded, real-time, programmers? Also loads of wireless skills.

My employer, whose name I'll PM if you're interested, has been one of the main hirers of evil parasite contractors for the past couple of years. There were 30 of them a while back but now I think they're currently letting all contractors go so you might be out of luck. I'm not sure which agents they go through, but could ask if you're interested.

I thought you had a product under development, MAM? Did nothing come of it?

OhFFS I did indeed have a product under development, but it has not been a raging sucess, and the patent costs, and not working for a few years have reduced me to working for filthy lucre instead of chasing my dreams of beauty, truth, and perfection.
