Vodaphone directory enquiries

I am located in Australia and am trying to find out if it is possible to obtain a mobile phone number if I know their name and address in Germany.

I know that the person has a mobile phone and uses Vodaphone (Vodafon) as the carrier.

Is it at all possible to find on the internet what the number might be...

Why don`t you write a letter and ask them for the number, or are you a stalker?

Look, if you know the name and address in Germany why don't you write a letter to the person and ask.
Remember the "old" way! Pen, piece of paper, write, stick in envelope, post office, stamp and they do the rest.

Why must it be a mobile phone number? Mobile phone numbers are available in the public phone book, but only if they were originally registered to be publicised. Not many people do this...
