Warehouse rental - local agents

Im looking to help Expand a U.K business in Munich but im having a little trouble with warehouse searching.
Can anyone recomend a good real astate agent or know of any business/warehouse units for let near them? I have contacted 3 or 4 local agents who have taken my details but despite several phone calls Iv'e had no joy.
I need to find one really soon, so any help and advice would be greatly appriciated.
