Anyone doing anything Toytown-ish around Easter?
OK, I know I'm trying to organise a chill-out session for Sunday but what about the other three days?

PS: Oh, and BTW, celebrating the death and resurrection of the Messiah isn't actually the sort of thing I'd do, OK.

Sorry, just saw this after I posted for Monday! Maybe the mods can merge the threads. Come along to the overthirties dinner tomorrow. Sunday come along to Stitch and Bitch - you can just bitch, you don't have to stitch if you don't want to. Escobar, Breisacherstr. near
Ostbahnhof from 5 pm. It's a lively young group. Happy hour cocktails and Fajitas are on offer. And make a suggestion on my thread for Monday. OK?

Thanks Nicky,
I'm already on the over 30's dinner list for Saturday (they've got me down as "Poster With No Name" when actually I'm "The Poster With No Name". But really, I'm not upset about that.
I see my online (and indeed real) image as a cross between Clint Eastwood's character in the Spaghetti Westerns and John Steed from The Avengers.
As a result I can't see me myself knitting. Although I do sometimes read the youknitwhat.blogspot.com blog.
But you don't see Eastwood knitting in his films .. well you might in some of the later ones.
(I know, I know, you said you don't have to stitch ... maybe ... are blokes allowed to come along and watch? Can't believe I just typed that).
At the moment I'm sitting in a cafe contemplating the reality of Morrissey's "Every Day is Like Sunday".
I can't believe I'm the only lonely and bored Englander in Munich.
Anyone else need beer tonight?
Oh, and I need more replies to my "chill out Sunday" thread.

Actually tonight might be a good night for me to see the city lights. I am in for a couple of drinks down at the big lights, if there is something on the go.

Right, my battery is fading (and the cafe might suspect I haven't really come along for their lovely hot white chocolate drink).
If anyone is up for a drink tonight can you suggest a place and I'll checkback on Toytown later this afternoon.

@ThePosterWithNoName: So, see you tomorrow at the overthirties and we can stir up a bit of interest for Monday! Non-stitchers can of course watch the knittng and Escobar is an ok place.
@Everyone: I've an arrangement for this evening, but it will no doubt finish early, so if anyone's anywhere I might join in later, provided I know where anywhere is!
@ThePosterWithNoName: When you're online again, say a definite place, then you'll find people will come along.

Right, I know it's no longer the afternoon but I'm going to head down to the place CoolerKing recommend. Probably be there in about an hour, i.e. 9.15 to 9.30ish.

Planning to go to the races tomorrow. Checked wetter.de and its meant to be 15C with sun clouds and showers. Does anyone know the chances of it being rained off? Or if it will still go ahead with light showers?
