Really wouldn't mind peoples opinion on the 12 player thing. As i dont wanna make the decision of 'yes' if other people prefer 10.

We did ok last week with 12(OK, I only played 30min). Wasnt as tiring. I dont have a problem with it.

I have no problem with it. Just have to make sure everyone subs in as keeper at least once out of courtesy for all. The reality is that if 10 people say they will come, most likely we will end up at 10 anyway.
