Double boiler cooking pots

Has anyone seen a traditional double boiler for sale anywhere:

I have checked all the usual suspects (Karstadt, Hertie, Kaufhof, Ikea, Walmart) but alas no luck. Have not checked Butler's but don't recall seeing too many pots and pans about there.
