Well, given that you're doing computer engineering, you might actually be able to find a BSc program. Try the
TUM. I was just talking from my experience in astrophysics in Germany, where they don't offer a BSc or MSc and just the German Diplom. I'm a bit confused with what you're saying though. If a BSc is five years in Cairo, then they might consider it equivalent to the Diplom and allow you to finish a Diplom degree here. In most countries, however, a BSc is a 3-4 year degree.
Edit: Now I'm really confused. After rereading your posts, your first one says that you're in your third year and have one more to go. The next one seems to say that when you're done with this year, you'll have finished 4 and have one more to go. So which is it? Does your degree take 4 years or 5 years?
