Probably not, because the lowest German university degree is five years long. They consider it equivalent to a masters. You could always check with the university, though. It would obviously depend on the work you've done.

By the end of this year it will be 4 years for me in my BSc program and just one year left.
My question here is Could i have the last year in my BSc in a germany university?
I know its possible if i got my BSc from here to continue for a Msc program in Germany but thats not my question:)

Well, given that you're doing computer engineering, you might actually be able to find a BSc program. Try the TUM. I was just talking from my experience in astrophysics in Germany, where they don't offer a BSc or MSc and just the German Diplom. I'm a bit confused with what you're saying though. If a BSc is five years in Cairo, then they might consider it equivalent to the Diplom and allow you to finish a Diplom degree here. In most countries, however, a BSc is a 3-4 year degree.

Edit: Now I'm really confused. After rereading your posts, your first one says that you're in your third year and have one more to go. The next one seems to say that when you're done with this year, you'll have finished 4 and have one more to go. So which is it? Does your degree take 4 years or 5 years?

smile.gif)well we have first year like preparatory year in the faculty of engineering then 4 years in the department
which sum up to 5 years.
Well my Bsc here ( 5 years) is same like BSc in germany for 3 years as school here is two years less than Germany.

Ah probably i am just getting u more confused:) well u can say i am doing A Bsc same like the 3 or 4 years Bsc in germany i guess their diploma is something like BSc+Msc.

so i just need to know if its possible i can enroll in a BSc program in english and i dont want to start it all over again from the beginning

thanks alot for ur reply

Yeah, they consider the German Diplom to be a BSc+MSc, but at least in one area (mine), it's somewhere in between the two. At any rate, what's important is what THEY consider it to be. Like I said, you might be able to find a BSc program in computer engineering at the technical university. I have a vague recollection of them at least having a masters program, so they might have the bachelors to go with it. Check the link in my previous post. Good luck!
