Hi

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a boarding school in Munich or vicinity.
I have been recommended one in Garmisch school, www.internat-ettal.de, but this is possibly too far away.

Thank you.

Schloss Neubeuern has a good reputation.

I thought the point of a boarding school was so you didnt have to put up with your children..so does it matter if it is a long way away...surely the further the better... Anyway boarding schools are dens of bullying and cruelty. They should be banned. Any parent who sends their children to boarding school should be sent to the adult equivalent..prison.

But it looks so cool at Hogwarts!

I think its good for kids to go to boarding school. Learn young to do as you are told and follow the status quo, and you are guaranteed a management position in Germany.

Here's one, its off the S8 S-Bahn in Geltendorf. Unfortunately its an exclusivley German-speaking boarding school. I have been told that it has an excellent reputation, better to find out for yourself though smile.gif http://www.ottilien.de/internat/

I went to boarding school ph34r.gif . It was not so bad; helped me to learn responsibility at an early age.

I went to Landschulheim Kempfenhausen @ Starnberg Lake. Nicely situated right by the lake, close to the S-Bahn, good staff and teachers and not to forget, cause quite important, lots of fun and good times. PM me if you need further information.
