Well, it´s probably a long shot, but has anyone seen verjus in Munich? We have tried Käfer, Dallmayer and Hertie and it´s not the sort of thing that you find in a supermarket.

P.S. If anyone is wondering what it is, it´s made from juice from unripe wine grapes, or that´s what it said in the book we have.
