"Sky by broadband is a new service exclusive to Sky digital customers. It allows you to enjoy hundreds of films on your PC, including a mix of Hollywood blockbusters and classic movie titles available on Sky Movies. "

this sounds quite handy for me if I am staying in a hotel or somthing and want to watch brit TV.

Is this safe to sign up for, or will they see a German Ip addy and cancel the normal subscription?

@Scogs: Perhaps give Bavarian Satellite a call. Or Sky themselves.
