I've got "Wettbewerbsfähige Hebelwirkung"? Not sure if it's right though. Any better suggestions?
Owain Glyndwr
are you talking leverage as in the relationship between share capital and loan capital?

Wettbewerbsverschuldungsgrad?
Or do you mean something else (non financial)?
Wettbewerbswirksamkeit or Wettbewerbseffizienz or Wettbewerbseinfluß?

No worries. Been sorted. Wettbewerbsfähig was what they meant.

Cheers.

Hmmm. I think "Wettbewerbsfähigkeit" is wrong, that would simply mean "competitiveness" (and "wettbewerbsfähig" is wrong in any case, as it is not a noun). Instead, I would translate the expression as "Wettbewerbsvorteil".

or do they mean:
"die Fähigkeit, den Konkurrenten zu bumsen" wink.gif

It was an English translation of a French text by Frenchmen, so we took the context and figured out they wanted to be more competitive "wettbewerbsfähiger" than the other sectors.
