Indoor five-a-side soccer fields

Hi everybody! I just moved to a firma in Munich and I'm trying to organize soccer5 football matches between my colleges during the week. The question is... where can I book a socca5 field for evening matches? And what are the prices? It should be also near UBahn...
Any ideas (or phone noumbers)?

Thank you for the info! Looks like there are just socca5 fields (those whith sidewalls) in Munchen, isn't it?
Does anybody know if there are "regular" 5people-per-team fields?

Not that I am aware of, but the Englischer Garten is often used.
