the bottle-neck will be the traffic lights at Effnerplatz, traffic always backs up there, and the road works thereafter right along the Richard-Strauss-Strasse.

Prepare to average walking pace from about the time you cross the river till you get past the jucntion to Einsteinstrasse.

i know at night it sometimes takes a long time- it goes in sections of sitting around in an actual traffic jam (but i dont think they are that bad- at least compared to back home!) and then being normal then suddenly some idiot slams on his breaks and back to te traffic jam.

i'm assuming the am is the same! good luck smile.gif

Which height of Leopoldstrasse? You might consider going south on Leopoldstrasse, turning left at Von-der-Tann-Strasse and going through Bogenhausen/Haidhausen on Prinzregentenstrasse until you hit the Ring at Richard-Strauss-Strasse/Leuchtenbergring. I'll wave to you from my office window smile.gif
Estimated time 15 - 20 mins.

Get up earlier and do it before 6:30.

Hi, thanks for the tips. I left home arround 7:10am and arrived around 7:40am. It was okay. I was told by a colleague that it would be very bad around 8am.
